Franco and the team were excellent to work with. We were fortunate to find JF Construction via nextdoor, and we were very happy with the first project performed. JF Construction finished my basement by dividing the space into a rec room, laundry room, and bedroom. They worked with a structural engineer to add a very large egress window, and handled all the permitting and made sure everything was to code- which feels like a terrible moving target. They were exceptionally responsive, very budget conscious (proving two or three options whenever there was a variable- such as adding unexpected additional insulation), and the workmen were courteous and the workmanship was high quality. Will definitely work with them again.

My wife and I were looking to get our basement bathroom and a spare bedroom remodeled due to an unfortunate shower drain issue that was previously mitigated. Interior painting the entire main floor, total refinish the basement from the studs up, and added a beautiful custom bathroom downstairs. A real pleasure to work with this company. So these guys are awesome! They do great work and are very responsive. The quality is there. Had them shore up the side and back fence and put in a new front fence. Told them I saw a fence a few blocks away that I liked and wanted the same one and it looks fantastic! These guys are good and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. BTW - they do a lot more than fences.

Amazing! It was a simple job which needed attention to detail. They did a phenomenal job. It took hours longer due to an electrical problem AT the property - totally unrelated to them ... BUT they brought a master electrician and took care of it - didn’t charge more for it
